Shampoo bars are very different to liquid shampoo and it can take time for your hair and scalp to adjust as harsh chemicals in conventional shampoo strip your hair of protective oils.

You may find you benefit from a vinegar rinse after shampooing- I use 1 part apple cider vinegar to 4 parts herbal tea/water.

Apple cider vinegar has the perfect PH for your hair and scalp.

It smoothes the hair shaft and detangles the hair.

It is really important to rinse, rinse, rinse for best results.You can leave the vinegar rinse in your hair.
