We hope that you are pleased with your order, however if you wish to return all or part of it due to it being faulty or not as described, please contact us, our policy lasts 14 days. However for non faulty goods, opened or used we do not accept returns.
Refunds
To return an item it must be unused and in the same condition it was received in, as well as being in its original packaging. Please note that return postage is the customers responsibility. Please return your items to:Green Botanicals, 28 Rosebery Avenue, Goring by Sea. Worthing. West Sussex BN12 4EU. Once we have received your item you will be notified and a refund will be issued.This does not include the original postage cost.
Exchanges.
We hope it never happens but if your order is damaged or defective on arrival, please email us at herbalsoapmaker1@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund.
